HELLO.
I used to think that I was a pretty good writer, but now I'm not so sure about that. Writing is so frustrating for me now and I don't want or like to feel that way. Sometimes my brain just seems to be overwhelmed. As anyone felt like that sometimes it is just to much information to retain and your brain becomes tired?

ReplyDeleteI can identify with you on the brain getting so tired. I went through a couple of experiences where my thoughts were controlling me, therefore I had no peace of mind. I soon learned that I could control those thoughts by speaking something positive. One activity that helped me de-clutter my mind was freewriting. I bought a book and started writing down everything that was on my mind. Try it, it will help you to feel less overwhelmed. Once everything is on paper, tell yourself "I will not think about this until another time". You have a choice not to feel frustrated.
